We all know the dangers of smoking, and more people are quitting than ever! However, it can be extremely difficult to break the habit as smoking is both physically addictive and psychologically addictive. Smoking contains nicotine along with many other highly addictive chemicals and the association smoking has with 'having a break', creates an addictive pattern of behavior within our minds, we will discuss more about this in the session where I will explain what happens in our minds when we smoke and how to break this habit... for good!
