Confidence Building

We as humans, can really struggle with confidence for many reasons. It may be that we give ourselves excessively high expectations or that we criticise ourselves heavily in attempt to seek perfection. Our confidence lowers if we fear judgment or rejection from others. It is very common to dislike change, even if it is positive change, and this way we can find ourselves lacking confidence during something which is new or exciting.

 

We all can need a bit of a confidence boost, whether that is in general day-to-day life, or due to a job interview, exam, competition, public speaking and many more!
